1. Agreement
By accessing or using PermaMusic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated from the European Union.
2. Service Description
PermaMusic is a YouTube playlist management tool that allows you to browse, monitor, and track your YouTube playlists and videos. The Service connects to your YouTube account via Google OAuth with read-only access. We do not modify, upload, or delete any content on your YouTube account.
3. Account & Authentication
- You must authenticate using a valid Google account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You must not share your session or allow others to use your account.
- You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.
4. YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using PermaMusic, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service outside of its intended functionality
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of PermaMusic. YouTube content displayed through the Service remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. The Service merely displays metadata fetched via the YouTube API.
7. Availability & Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
- YouTube data displayed will be complete, accurate, or up to date
- Deleted video title recovery will succeed in all cases
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, PermaMusic and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access to YouTube content, or service interruptions.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Service's settings. Upon deletion, all your data (including channel information, playlists, videos, and sessions) will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the member state where the operator is established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that member state, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection regulations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
